“Product is robust and stable but new features need to be well tested before rollout”

4.0
Jun 17, 2017
The product is robust, relatively stable and provides a lot of functions that most products don't. Users love the product as it meets their requirements and is user friendly. There are not a lot of planning applications in the world that are as successful as Oracle RPAS. RPAS installation is simple and easy and is not sophisticated as a typical Oracle database and application installation. RPAS batch utilities are also very easy to use and deploy without the need for multiple lines of code. New features released as part of the product like HSA(Hybrid storage architecture) should be well tested before releasing to the customer. We had to abandon HSA due to the intricacies and limits imposed Product support needs a lot of improvement. Product support personnel can be a lot more courteous and helpful. If the customer is new to the product and is picking up expertise, the customer will have a tough time working with the RPAS product support team

We have worked with both Oracle consulting and sub-contractors with niche experience to our business. This was proven successful due to good business knowledge and functional knowledge of the solution.
