ToolsGroup expertise in building functional tools and their responsiveness in the delivery phase is the key for an efficient planning process and enables to manage supply chain complexity and uncertainty. Availability in addressing doubts and strong confidence with the tool functionalities. Experience and competence of the lead consultants and technical figures.

It covers many aspects of supply chain decision making process It may be customized It is fully integrated with ERP and other internal software

Constraints in the network definition (need to create a fake inventory for suppliers to model direct shipping from supplier to sales area) Need to use a workaround to satisfy the need to create a forecast for MTO items, aimed at estimating the capacity workload in the medium term. The reporting dashboard is not user friendly, as there's the need to rely on the solutions team for any adjustments to be made on the dimensions to carry out the calculation on.

I am not 100% sure about some of the terminology, which maybe it really doesn't apply to our business model. Complexity with some situations that don't really fit within our business model.

User experience should be simplified Need to provide a functionality to speed up the decision making process through the deep-dive Work closely with customers to intercept their need and put it into the system

It helps me analyze historical data to better forecast demand and future scenarios. It also supports me in evaluating the impact of promotional activities, allowing me to better manage event variability.
