The product allows for customization, in regard to the data placement within the database. It is easy to pull information from to interface with other systems.
It provides a centralized environment for managing baseline forecasts, applying adjustments, and tracking historical performance. The platform also offers basic statistical methods and ensures that data is organized in a predictable, repeatable way. For teams transitioning from manual spreadsheets, it brings more discipline, standardized workflows, and a clear audit trail for forecast changes
It meets all of the requirements for Demand Planning.
I cannot say there is anything I dislike about the product.
It requires loT of manual effort to perform tasks that should be more automated and intuitive. The interface feels outdated, and the navigation is not user friendly, which slows down day to day forecasting work. Customizing models or workflows often requires IT support, and collaboration within the tool is limited. Overall, it delivers the basics but lacks the speed, flexibility and analytical depth expected from modern planning systems.
The Global User View will not handle a high record count for the sku/location level. It's a challenge to get a reasonable statistical forecast for low volume items. The capability to have time-phased derived factors is not available.

The interface feels dated, workflows require too many manual steps, and the system often struggles with larger datasets, making it challenging to quickly analyze trends or variances. Collaboration across teams is limited, and customization options are not as intuitive as modern tools.
