My organisation has been a long term user of the product and service via an associated company but have recently moved across to receiving services directly from Logility. Whilst the switch across had its difficulties, once we were allocated our own account manager the process and communication improved immensely and we are set up brilliantly for the future now.

My overall experience with Logility has been mixed. While the platform provides a structural environment for basic forecasting and planning, it lacks the flexibility, speed and user friendliness needed for high volume, multi-channel demand planning. The interface feels dated, workflows require too many manual steps, and the system often struggles with larger datasets, making it challenging to quickly analyze trends or variances. Collaboration across teams is limited, and customization options are not as intuitive as modern tools. Overall, Logility gets the job done at a foundational level, but it falls short in usability, automation and advanced analytics compared to newer platforms.
