Focus on the product was strong, support during implimentation was good, resources provided for general use were great (KLC), customized support for our suloution and directive to the "best" way to do things and issues to aavoid could have been better. Follow up support to ensure functionality and user story completion after initial go live could have been better. Wish our initial design had better clarity around prioritization logic and the business process to support. Confusion around Java vs Web client reduced some of our comfort for SMEs who had to transition; a lot of process documentation was built for Java version.

Blue Yonder has been flexible and responsive to our evolving requirements and the ongoing date delays. However, the integration process proved more complex than anticipated, and data validation quickly became the primary focus during the initial rollout. As a result, there was insufficient time allocated for thorough system training. At the same time, we pursued an ambitious plan to implement two new systems simultaneously. In hindsight, this approach created unnecessary risk. Given the data delays, we realistically only had the capacity to implement one system. Instead, we trained and initiated both. Now that we are re-implementing the second system, it highlights a missed opportunity to sequence the work more strategically and focus on one system at a time to ensure strong adoption and execution.

As early adopter with more than 10 years of usage, we have seen IBP evolve into a core component of our global planning landscape. Today it's fully deployed worldwide across our S&OP processes, with string capabilities in Demand Planning and increasing relevance in response and execution-oriented processes. IBP is firmly embedded in our Plan-to-Fulfill architecture and tightly integrated with S/4, enabling a seamless connection between planning and execution. In the meantime it supports also the integration of planning with suppliers and logistics operation, creaating a truly e2e planning environment.

We're implementing o9 as part of a large scale planning transformation, replacing out of date legacy systems and driving more integrated end to end planning across the business. The platform offers a high degree of flexibility for configuration which has been great to tailor to our specific needs without introducing customisations. Our experience with o9 as a partner has been positive - they bring strong technical expertise and ambition, particularly around solution design and pace of execution with a firm focus on value realisation. o9 have been collaborative, willing to challenge thinking constructively, and often leaning in to provide support outside of strict contractual scope where needed. This has helped maintain momentum at key points in the programme when things could easily have slipped without this support. However this must be matched by strong internal leadership and clear ownership on the client side which is equally critical to success and the value realised will be highly dependent on implementation quality, business readiness and the strength of the operating model built around the platform.

Preconfigured Best Practices Oracle Supply Planning comes with industry best practices built into the system out of the box. We were able to leverage these preconfigured planning rules, parameters, and workflows as a strong starting point, reducing the time and cost of building everything from scratch. Cloud-Based Deployment Simplicity Being a cloud-native solution, Oracle Supply Planning eliminates much of the traditional infrastructure complexity. There is no heavy on-premises hardware setup, and updates are managed by Oracle - reducing the IT burden during and after implementation. Continuous Improvement Oracle's regular quarterly cloud updates mean the system continues to improve after go-live. Visibility Oracle's product roadmap early on helped us plan for future enhancements.

The services and systems from TGS offer great functionality and support to our organization from forecasting to supply planning to finite scheduling. TG organization is made up of really experienced people and have a great visibility of what are the upcoming challenges in Supply Chain Planning tools. The future development of the tools are in a great direction.

Worked well : Strong collaboration among our teams was a key success factor. Their approach encouraged our team to think beyond traditional methods and processes, focusing not only on the tech but also on the underlying processes involved. The solution delivered is robust, well-structured, and effectively addresses complex business challenges by breaking them down intelligently. Additionally, my team's participation in the innovation council with other clients has strengthened our strategic perspective in Supply Chain. Unfortunately, in the beginning our team faced communication challenges, mainly due to language but also due to the terminologies from our business and also the ones used in the tool.

My overall experience with Anaplan was very positive. The platform is modern, highly flexible, and intuitive to use. It supports strong scenario planning, real time updates, and seamless collaboration across functions, which are essential in a dynamic demand planning environment. The modelling capabilities are robust yet user friendly, allowing teams to adapt and scale processes without heavy technical support. Although we did not ultimately select Anaplan, I found it to be a well-designed and forward-looking solution that delivers a strong planning experience.
