They are still helping us in rolling out the Redwood design and AI agents which will further enhance the capabilities of the overall supply chain product.

The Backlog Management module offers comprehensive visibility into the entire order backlog, including the root cause for SSD (Schedule Ship Date) deviations. It also enables the automatic update of SSD updates as soon as inventory is received into the system. This significantly reduces the manual effort for planners and the customer service team. minimizing the touchpoints and improving the overall efficiency.

Documentation on the product features can be more elaborative. Performance can further be improved.

1. Not being able to find the root cause of a constraint 2. No clarity to buyer when the part is actually needed based on forecast demand date 3. we experienced cross pegging of parts

The Backlog Management module does not provide much customization in the current 25A version. Enabling the order level attributes will help.
