The Backlog Management module offers comprehensive visibility into the entire order backlog, including the root cause for SSD (Schedule Ship Date) deviations. It also enables the automatic update of SSD updates as soon as inventory is received into the system. This significantly reduces the manual effort for planners and the customer service team. minimizing the touchpoints and improving the overall efficiency.

Easy to use user interface. Dashboards and views that can be configured according to the needs.
The Backlog Management module does not provide much customization in the current 25A version. Enabling the order level attributes will help.
1. Not being able to find the root cause of a constraint 2. No clarity to buyer when the part is actually needed based on forecast demand date 3. we experienced cross pegging of parts
The lacking standard integration with eBS Process Manufacturing created some challenges for us. Had to create custom integration from the scratch. Attribute based planning not available for constrained planning.
