Deploy is a great tool that helps us eliminate dependence on spreadsheets. Allowed us to automate a manual process in order to improve time efficiencies and decrease orphaned inventory. We are able to improve the consistent execution of business rules and objectives.
It provides a centralized environment for managing baseline forecasts, applying adjustments, and tracking historical performance. The platform also offers basic statistical methods and ensures that data is organized in a predictable, repeatable way. For teams transitioning from manual spreadsheets, it brings more discipline, standardized workflows, and a clear audit trail for forecast changes
What I like most about Logility is how it seamlessly blends AI planning capabilities across all modules to deliver enhanced S&OP processes by making cross-functional alignment of Forecast, Inventory, and Supply faster and fully data-driven.
The benefits we have accrued far outweigh any costs.
It requires loT of manual effort to perform tasks that should be more automated and intuitive. The interface feels outdated, and the navigation is not user friendly, which slows down day to day forecasting work. Customizing models or workflows often requires IT support, and collaboration within the tool is limited. Overall, it delivers the basics but lacks the speed, flexibility and analytical depth expected from modern planning systems.
The role-based user configuration in Demand AI, though functional, can be somewhat rigid. More granular control over permissions and UI Views would improve usability for diverse user groups.
