Great software for our supply chain planning processes
Our experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) has been overwhelmingly positive, and we consider it a cornerstone of our global supply chain strategy. We are currently using the modules for Demand Planning, Response and Supply Planning, and Sales & Operations Planning, and we are extremely satisfied with the software's performance and capabilities. The software is pretty mature, although development has not stopped. The implementation has been a remarkable success. We successfully deployed a worldwide template for Demand Planning, which has brought significant standardization and accuracy to our forecasting processes. Following that, our Response and Supply Planning module is already running effectively in the USA and China, with a rollout for our European entities currently underway. What truely elevates our experience is the exceptional partnership we have with SAP. The support is consistently excellent, providing fast and effective solutions to any queries. Beyond just support, SAP treats us as a true partner; they are highly receptive to our feedback and allow us to actively contribute ideas and wishes for future product enhancements.
