It is easy to find the space that you are looking for. For me, the Schedule view is the most useful feature, specially if the company has many meeting rooms and desks, it gives you an overview of all spaces and time slots and makes it easier for you to book the space you need.
The ease in which each robin bundle is created and the flexibility of the deployment scripts to handle very varied and diverse use cases.
Fast configuration and customization, easy adapting to any office. They load your own floor plan to the APP, within 24hs you can start working on it and that's amazing!
I don't know if this is set by each company, but in my case I can only book a desk two weeks in advance, ideally a month in advance would make planning and booking more efficient.
Sometimes robin installed in a setup logs out automatically. Newer deployments fails as a result. we need to login again and also if the license is expired, there are more steps for entering a valid license
