The Web Dashboard - Easy to navigate around and use for myself and also when helping other TM's The Reporting tools - For my occupancy reporting everyday -The digital display crestron room schedulers and setting them up throughout the office and all offices so TM's can see when a conference room is booked.
The product is very user friendly for our staff. Reserving spaces, sharing assigned spaces, booking conference rooms, etc. We have even been able to link it to our access card system, allowing for automatic check-ins when a staff member arrives.
Simplicity in the setup. and hardly run into issues using the product. I also enjoy the consideration giving to legacy customers like us and allowing us to enjoy a non-profit offer
As as admin, it would be cool if we could book on behalf of other people using the app. The app version will only let me book for me at the moment.
Service support beyond the chat bot is a bit difficult. Responses are not always timely or received at all.
