I love that users can see on a hot desk floor plan and use a text search function to see who has booked a desk. This helps me find a colleague who is in the office and was essential when I was new to the company to help me find people. Very useful to be able to confirm and amend bookings from my mobile phone while traveling to office as daily confirmation of desk bookings is mandatory
The thing I like most is its ability to integrate with multiple platforms and real time tracking of seat occupancy. The trial version is helpful before investing the money.
user interface is very simple and easy to navigate
Desk bookings have to be confirmed quite early in the day when users are travelling so often YaRooms cancels bookings and then the user has to re-book.
The issue of lagging while realtime updates, less details in UI for assets, multiple booking is annoying.
