The simplicity of the interface is that it basically lives behind the scenes. Checking into the office is really nice using a remote badge on my phone!

I like the user interface and the user experience i.e. how the application is designed is pleasing. It does suit the modern working style, so that's a plus.

The service has been fantastic. I really like the online chat as it does give me immediate results. Envoy sets themselves apart from the crowd in this area. The system integrates well with my mass notification system which is Everbridge. Easy for out guests to navigate on the iPad and gives our workplace an air of professionalism and the feeling of high tech. The app works great! We use Desks and Visitors.

There will be some bugs that would pop up out of nowhere that makes me feel that sometimes it is less reliable.

There are a few areas that are somewhat limited as far as the usability. This is most likely due to the fact that this is an office workplace product and not a security product. Example emergency notifications.
