Office space considers major of the feedback and try to inculcate users demands for the system.
Organizes the way we book our days in the office. Easy to not duplicate seats or parking spots. Being able to do it mobile.
The thing I like about them is that they really have a great UX which makes it easy for all our users to use. They also have some great integrations that can help you build some automation. Their customer care is also pretty responsive.
Nothing as such
It's not easy to get to a date when trying to book a specific day. The speed when changing between screens on the mobile affects effectiveness. The UI is outdated.
Nothing to be honest, but there are too many products out in the market so they have to be competitive.

Good tool but UX feels old
Office space is a good tool to help give you a visual of where people sit and the office structure. also easy to use for booking desks but the UX of the tool feels like it is from the early 2000. I think it needs a big overhaul
