Smooth in meetings and events, but chat and documents are limited.
Overall, I'd rate it as average. While it has a solid core of video calls, its expansion into a full-fledged workplace suite still feels immature and lacks cohesion. Audio and video stability, ease of adoption, and the user experience in meetings all work well. However, the integration between the Zoom Chat, Docs, and Whiteboard modules isn't as seamless, which is why we're not entirely convinced.
