Zoom has multiple features, like calling, adding team members to a call, and setting up meetings. Save contacts. Users can also do call park. The screen recording feature is very crisp and clear. The UI for most of the functionalities is very easy and simple to navigate. Users do not need more time to learn and start using it. It also gets integrated with the system calendar and Office 365 tools, this makes it seamlessly usable while scheduling meetings from the System Mail app. This product has helped achieve a lot of goals, notably of having a secure channel to keep all team members connected with efficient security and sharing of videos, along with high-definition recordings of meetings.
I like the quality and scalability of the audio and video offering. It optimizes bandwidth, which is very important here in Latin America. I appreciate the noise suppression and its resilience to the unstable connections we often have here. I also like the ease of use and the very short learning curve, with an intuitive interface that requires no training. I appreciate its scalability for large events, with Zoom webinars and Zoom events for massive audiences working very well.
Zoom is extremely easy to use, and out of all of the different products we use, it's the most design user friendly. The settings are easy to identify and use. For our quarterly all hands, even though we can't talk, we can still participate by using their tools like polls and reactions. It's great to be able to bring the entire company together in a seamless way.
The only con this product might have is the data back up and being a memory heavy software.
Zoom Chat lacks features found in Teams or Slack, such as searching historical messages, channel organization, and intuitive conversation threads. Zoom Docs offers limited functionality and capabilities, lacking advanced templates or knowledge management. Pricing was a real ordeal with the company, as it was difficult to negotiate licenses and determine the required license type for employees.
I really can't think of any complaints. It keeps our teams working together and it integrates well with our other tools like Microsoft and Outlook. I am interested to see how we start using their new AI tool and if it will integrate with webinars and events.
