Zoom Workplace works wonders for large meetings and keeps our teams engaged. What I appreciate is how user friendly Zoom is to use; we're able to access large meetings like webinars and quarterly company all hands like our Spring Connections with zero issues. It's easy to use and integrates well with our other tools like Outlook. Being in construction means that our day to day can be rough, but Zoom makes these experiences efficient, and we're able to connect with teams that are spread out nationally. I manage a team at one project site while my colleagues manage a team at another project site, and we can connect easily via Zoom.

Zoom delivers a dependable collaboration platform that makes our day-to-day communication feel effortless. Joining meetings is fast and the audio and video are consistently clear. I really like how the desktop and mobile app both behave the same. My only dislikes are minor, users can be a little overwhelmed with all the features in Zoom. The different licensing add-ons can be a bit confusing. Users have also complained about the notifications when they first begin using Zoom, which is easily fixed.
