We use YaRooms to book hot desks daily. It is very useful to be able to log in on laptop and phone to book, amend time of booking, cancel and confirm booking.

Zoom is very helpful in day to day life to collaborate and interact with my colleagues on business requirements. We schedule virtual as well as physical meetings on zoom to plan on business tasks. Overall it has all the features that a professional environment needs for team members to collaborate with each other.

Overall, I have enjoyed using EMS as our event management system. The system is fairly simple, making it easy to train and on-board new users. Our customer service representative is readily available when we need assistance and he responds quickly to email communication.

Overall, my experience with Robin has been very positive. Its very user friendly and as an admin role, I am able to help mant TM's and admins across the office. The app and web dashboard is very easy to use and our TM's are able to find and use a seat very easily.
