Can any one easily learn the technologies.
Can achieve the goals to connect a more people and sharing the events under one roof.
Events can easily handle.
Cons:
In my point of view, If any events are comming in future updates like event updates, bringing details on user popup or through email it would be easy to analyse.

While the EMS product works fine, the services side of the organization is atrocious. They have some very good people, but seem to be so thinly staffed that the company is incredibly unresponsive engagements and support requests.
