The people and their subject matter expertise. We receive fast responses where the individual, from sales to support, have a significant amount of product knowledge by which are originally inquiry is addressed.
Appspace's platform-based approach enables their constant evolution and ability to develop new features at a pace ahead of the market. It also enables us to extend the functionality and build upon the platform for their own usecases and integrations.
I like the centralized content scheduling and template management. One-click deployment to all devices also makes life easy. In addition to this there is robust device management too.
While there is very little, at times it seems that the overall navigation within our online environment can be cumbersome. Some of this is related to the size of our organization, but between the Network and Library designs, it can be cumbersome to navigate.
Ongoing stability of our very large deployments and the too many clicks required to complete most user-journeys
The admin interface is a bit clunky when you first start, but then you get used to it.
