1) Very intuitive, making it easy to onboard new content creators (authors, publishers) 2) Ability to copy templates and adapt YOY 3) Device channel overview is easy to access, navigate, and assign devices
The breadth of Appspace's functionality within a single platform is a game changer. Being able to manage all of our employee communications, room booking, visitor management, and more in one place has helped to streamline key aspects of our business immensely. The quality of customer service provided is another clear strength. When things do go wrong, it is very easy to speak to a knowledgeable member of the team and get things right.
While there is very little, at times it seems that the overall navigation within our online environment can be cumbersome. Some of this is related to the size of our organization, but between the Network and Library designs, it can be cumbersome to navigate.
1) Missing bulk features (bulk edit, bulk assign color, bulk remove from an active channel, etc.) 2) Devices go offline or out of sync regularly, and without reason. Still taking months to problem-solve. Impact is that signage displays very old content, which looks bad for both the company and my team of creators/publishers. 3) Load times could be improved. Sometimes individual cards, channels, and menus take much longer than they should to load.
For new users, the user interface can be difficult to get to grips with. Tasks often require more clicks than one would expect, meaning it isn't as intuitive to use as it could be.
