Workplace is the best way to collaborate in the workplace. I am absolutely amazed at the functionality and user-friendly interface. Using Workplace by Meta has led to greater communication, which has led to much greater production for my company as a whole. Before we began using Meta, there was a lot of miscommunication happening. Now, when a department needs to know what is going on in another area, they can just pop onto Meta and see what they are up to via chat. Seeing what each department is up to on Meta has led to more creativity and production because everyone's ideas are contained in one convenient, easy-to-use service. My main goal when implementing Meta was to help my teams work together better without having to have physical meetings very often. Many of my teams travel (abroad and locally) and getting everyone together can be impossible. Meta ensures that everyone can be together through its conferencing feature. This can be used on a phone, tablet, or computer. We are now able to share vital information with the entire company with a few simple clicks. Another goal when implementing Workplace by Meta was to improve the workplace culture in my company. With every team (and even person) working so distantly from one another at times, it can lead to distance, which leads to non-existent workplace culture. The timeline feature allows every individual to share things that they are doing in their position as they feel fit. This leads to better social interaction and I see more pride from employees about their work life. This leads to people wanting to come to work and enjoying their jobs, which leads to better production, creativity, a positive work environment, and more profits! The cost is minimal compared to the increased profits we see in the company.

I came into the company that uses SnapComms about 6 years ago and found it easy to jump right in to create screensavers and launch "campaigns" with different content. It's easy to schedule and modify campaigns as needs change. We mainly use it as a screensaver for our desktops to communicate changes within the company or for newsletters. When I first started our sales rep reached out a lot asking if we needed anything, which was nice, but over the years there has been very little communication. There was a recent data breach which only included some lists of e-mail addresses that were compromised, and they were very upfront and quick to communicate this out to customers. They take this very seriously and are overall a good company to work with.
