I am impressed how it covers almost all the core of accounting which helps me a lot in looking over the correct financial insights. It accepts multiple entities and with multiple currencies which helps me a lot when I am dealing with different currencies.
It supports multi currency and multi entity which I like a lot as it helps the organization to grow. I can customize the reports and other things because it is very flexible. Automation helps me to reduce the manual work and efforts.
In General Ledger, I display my TB all the time and like how you can drill down to see the GL
I dislike how it doesn't offer full ERP and I need to add on the extra third party software for that. The mobile version is not so great as it misses some of the features which are present in the desktop version.
I have some concerns over the response rate and time from the customer support which takes a lot of time to respond. The initital setup requires a lot of time and effort with proper training.
In General Ledger when you drill down on a line item, hit done the system brings you back to the beginning transaction. It would be nice if it went back to the transaction you drilled down
