Web-based user interface and user-specific tile customization is the best part of this application. SAP offers standard merchandising and customized tiles that are easy to use. Also, the drop-down configured options in the selection screens are very smooth and make the transaction activity of the operator time easy. Also, SAP Fiori In-store Merchandising apps in Business Suite in Hana and S/4HANA offer customizing and configuration as per business requirements and used this functionality to cover our business processes in SAP and track these activities in SAP for reporting.

1. Customization of the system to meet the specific needs is very complex as it needs a deep understanding of the technology. 2. Users used to legacy interfaces might find it difficult initially to get used to the new UI. 3. Handling large datasets and complex queries sometimes causes performance issues.

Initially, the application was working very slowly but after raising this issue to SAP and after applying SAP notes and changes in browser setting it respond as expected. The standard reporting offered by the application is very so to get a report as per customer specific you need to customize on your own from the support team.
