SAP Integrated Business Planning enabled us to implement and use the tool for integrated business planning in supply chain, finance, and sales easily and fast. This made the collaboration much easier and provided me with better insight into the status of our operations.
Has great Supply and Demand planning functionalities that provide quick solutions for complex business problems. It also has one of the best control tower modules to help track supply chain performance using key performance indicators (KPI's). It offers numerous machine learning algorithms and planning capabilities to plan and forecast future needs.

I have noticed that there are not many forecasting options available. The system uses a lot of historical information and this can be a problem when dealing with new products or unpredictable markets.
One area of improvement could be with the demand sensing capability. Another is with the excel interface that often has a lot of performance issues.
-Databases take longer than usual at times which gets frustrating, and the processing is relatively slow
