Native Integration with SAP ERP, robust versioning and change management, and role based workflow
Can cost more than their competitors but it is worth it!
1. It is quite slow and becomes frustrating at times. 2. the user experience is not very intuitive. need to be trained to use it. 3. Integration with non-SAP applications is quite challenging.
Customization can be complex and time consuming, and UI consistency varies across modules.
