Consultoria com profissionais capacitados, a documentação é muito bem elaborada e eles são referência em projetos de implantação da solução de IGA SailPoint. A negociação do contrato que foi um pouco complicada, pois as clausulas precisam estar bem claras para que seja entregue o que se espera, porém mesmo assim a empresa se mostra flexível a ajustes.

Tive experiências com duas outras consultorias e sem dúvidas a SEC4U foi a que conseguiu manter a qualidade e atenção com o serviço prestado não só durante os 6 primeiros meses de contrato, mas durante todo o período do serviço prestado. As demais consultorias começavam atendendo bem e quando ganhavam novo cliente, diminuíam a qualidade do serviço. Minha experiência com a SEC foi o oposto.
