Some Cons are Reliance on the Reseller Knowledge Businesses may become overly reliant on the expert knowledge of the reseller, limiting their own expertise which can sometimes lead to conflicts. Variable Service Levels meaning that the level and quality of service can be drastically different between Dell Resellers potentially leading to limited support.
