It was easy to implement and did not require training - the administrators picked it up very easily and we were able to implement across site without any issues. The time saved it incredible - I have yet to find a better tool for saving time than this, it has sped up the process for adjustments exponentially and I would highly recommend this for that reason alone!
currency conversion , spreadsheets management and bonus pools management have made me a fan
1. Limited reporting and customization. 2. Not ideal for very large organizations. 3. Manual data edits can be tedious.
I didn't find anything not to like about this product, although it is a costly subscription, the time savings are priceless.
some procedures need not be so elaborate but could have been avoided , however can be updated in the new version
