CRM Advance has provided our department to manage thousands of customers' information. In my user role, I find the product is not intuitive in use but does the job.

We initially thought our users would be more independent than they are, 16 months after deployment. Because there are so many ways for "lay people" to query the database, there are so many ways that those queries can go wrong. The tool is extremely customizable, which is an enormous plus! But that has also been our downfall. It's difficult to make this system work for all of our users, with vastly varying levels of data skills.

Ease of use and functionality are exceptional; some integrations still lacking

I have used over a dozen donor management platforms. This is not the best or the worst.

We have had nothing but positive experiences with the Hivebrite team. From the initial demo call to hand holding process of getting our community off the ground has been nothing but positive.

Overall, DonorPerfect has been a huge help with simplifying our ability to track our donor and mailing history, which gives us a clear picture of what mailings and campaigns have led to donations. Automatic updates to our donor list have reduced errors.
