Smart CAD is a highly useful tool for managing emergency incidents and coordinating all units of the Integrated System (firefighters, police and emergency medical services). Ther product is easy to operate - everything is intuitive and clearly organized. I appreciate the ability to filter the information relevant to me, and with a single click I can switch to map layers that display the real-time positions of respondign vehicles from each unit. Adding photos to incident reports is seamless, and I also frequently use the built-in navigation to the incident location. Another big advatage is that Smart CAD is available both as an app - which we use on the response tablet in out vehicle - and as a web interface accessible trhough a browser. This flexibility allows me to use the product on my mobile phone as well on a desktop PC.
What I like most about Smart CAD is its intuitive interface and real-time communication features. In our work within the org, these capabilities make dispatching smoother, improve coordination between units, and help us respond more efficiently during emergencies.

Theres nothing major to complain about, but occasionally the messages inserted into the system get duplicated. In the app version used on the response tablets in vehicles, its not possible to switch between available incidents. The system only displays information for a single incident - the one the vehicle has been assignet to.
What I dislike about Smart CAD is that some of its advanced features can feel overwhelming at first. Because we use it professionally within the org's team , proper training is essential to fully take advantage of everything the system offers.
Nothing comes to mind, everything works as it loud.

I came into contact with the product in the course of my work with the Rescue Service, and it helps me perform demanding professional duties. I can see other units and I have support available for the incident commander - for example, regarding hazardous materials.
