Ability to quickly and easily restore both a domain and a forest. Ability to standup an air-gapped lab environment using an existing domain or forest. Straight-forward setup and implementation of the product.

Security mindset, for example the way servers are isolated from the domain they restore and does not need elevated permissions to run. No full client required to run but rather a web portal. Lastly, the support included after it is setup.

Very good support. While preparing and implementing all our questions were answered to our complete satisfaction

Missing the ability to restore deleted AD level objects (computers, users, groups), however, this is supposed to be addressed in an upcoming version.

At times the agents that need to run on all servers may lose connection but the product is able to alert you on the matter.
