Ability to quickly and easily restore both a domain and a forest. Ability to standup an air-gapped lab environment using an existing domain or forest. Straight-forward setup and implementation of the product.
customer support has been phenomenal. the product is well dcoumented and easy to navigate and use.
Speed Use of the software Complete restoration which is consistent and stable.
Missing the ability to restore deleted AD level objects (computers, users, groups), however, this is supposed to be addressed in an upcoming version.
I do not currently have any complaints. We purchased ADFR to fill a gap in our existing tech stack and it has done exactly as expected
I would love to see the ability to run Purple Knight from within the product. I would love to see delta's between backups.
