Why we liked working with Bravura
+ A dedicated team from the vendor housed within the premises to work on implementation + Vendor team is easy to deal with both with the client and 3rd party vendors - Vendor team is a little rigid in allowing very specific enhancements to the product functionality (which is understandable for most part but not acceptable in cases where the requirement is very basic and should've been part of the COTS to begin with)
