Sophos offers advanced security to defend against evolving cyber threats, combing endpoints, firewall and cloud protection with centralized management. With unified endpoint, firewall and cloud security, Sophos simplifies protecting networks, devices and data from modern threats.
Lack of mDNS/Bonjour support. A key tool when using the Firewall and Endpoint Protection is Sophos Central. It's really disappointing that synchronization with Google Directory is only possible by purchasing additional products, that we already have solutions for.
Sometimes the performance drops when we enable all the features. This is one of the reasons we wanted to move away from Sophos.
Nothing to dislike, I like everything in Sophos firewall

Really happy with the product. We've been using Sophos firewalls since 2019 and have not had a single hardware failure, failed update or any unscheduled downtime. The migration from XG to XGS was straight forward and almost flawless (Lack of a management port on the XG meant that the management port we were using on the XGS was disabled after importing the config). I've found the firewalls very easy to administer and they provide almost all of the functionality that we've explored. The lack of mDNS/Bonjour support is the biggest gripe for us at the moment, along with some Google directory synchronization being locked behind other paid products. We've had great support from Sophos. They've provided free in-depth health checks and reviews of our firewall and endpoint protection.
