Getting your head around the configuration of Sim Cards and plans when starting with Soracom is like any other bespoke system. Billing of invoices in USD or Euro's only. When the hardware is placed with the SIM card order from Soracom, lack of display of dispatch time
It is not possible to download filtered reports on the platform, only the full database, making it difficult to manage an account with a large number of lines.
I can not write how strongly I dislike the LTE product; I would hope to have better 5G in more areas, however that is not dependent on the service it's self but more the regional infrastructure itself.
