- I like the natural high quality voices used for speech than the normal robot voices. - Wide range of features, which supports in various formats like PDF's, emails, webpages, docs and more. - Multi-platform support & syncing across devices - Accessibility - it can helps to create a playlist to listen instead of studying a whole PDF of stories or story like contents for a whole day.
- Take-away of human elements - Lack of emotion and ability to create more of 'speech' and free-flowing dialogue - Licensing and costs is misrepresentative of the output
Sometimes it gets slow while processing long PDFs, also the premium version is too costly for me.
- Higher pricing than average & the free tier limit. - Mispronunciation of some foreign words & some of free tier voices are still feels like artificial. - Billing related issues and complaints are faced by many users online and reported some serious billing issues and customer service related issues. - Some of the devices face glitches and missing lines or repeating reading the same line twice happens in some of older devices or the targeted OS versions are not up to the mark.
