Provides IAM teams visibility into all identities in the network by discovering them through a connector or leveraging the ETL processes to push them into Sphere. The product team is still developing connectors and is willing to help customers get the data flowing for any use case while connectors are in development. One stop shop for discovery, notification, and remediation.

This product allows us to assign owners to accounts, we can scan Windows, Linux, MS SQL, Oracle SQL, and many more systems to see what accounts exist on each system as this is very important to our organization. Sphere support has allowed us to focus on onboarding while all issues are resolved quickly by the Sphere Support team!

Missing features in the initial version. Upgrading to a version with better performance was delayed. Professional services resource pods are shared.

The product had a lot of issues when we were first implementing the tool. We had many meetings with support and we applied many database and front end hotfixes to the product to get it working in a working state. The scanning automation does not allow for customization of the scanning options. If you want to add a new server you have to cancel the whole job and add it back with the new server, there is no modifying once the automation job is set.

    My overall experience with SphereBoard has been positive, delivering a robust identity hub solution. Where there were minor hiccups, such as missing features in our initial version, the product team's quick prioritization and inclusion of those features in the next release demonstrated strong responsiveness. The managed service package was a significant advantage, insulating us from early technical issues that required multiple internal tickets. Initial configuration and connection challenges, typical for discovery tools, were effectively smoothed out by SphereBoard's outstanding customer service. The platform's ability to serve as a true end-to-end identity hub sets it apart, making it a valuable tool despite the expected early bumps.
