I really like the automated backups and ransomware protection - it gives me peace of mind knowing my data is continuously protected. Reporting and alerts are helpful for monitoring activity.

Reliable and high quality results, easy and intuitive to use and responsive and helpful customer support

- the platform does a lot and it takes time to turn it into your environment - you may need iterations to reduce noise and match internal policies - some users report intermittent software hiccups

Alerts can sometimes feel overly frequent and not specific enough, and restoring large datasets can take longer than expected. Pricing can alos be a bit high for smaller teams.

Limited customization options, occasional delays during peak usage times and some advanced features could be explained more clearly
