The current product is good and easy to use. It's very intuitive.
Connections to data sources are good.
The way you structure and create playbooks is one of the best features. You can create simple small playbooks and get good results or you can go very complex to get extremely precise results. When dealing with sensitive data this is a huge benefit for your team.
Lack of documentation. Cloud product needs to keep improving until we have all the capabilities of the on-premises one.
Issues with the agent on the network and damaged files. Proper testing should have stopped this.
Learning how to create playbooks efficiently can be a bit of a challenge. It does require a few meetings with the product team to walk you through on how to set up the playbooks so your scans are looking for the right data.
