I appreciated the autonomy to fully set up and tailor the event on my own. Second, the reliable remote support from the team when required. Third, the smooth content and update communication with participants through direct emails or posts.
SpotMe enables the ease of creating and managing event agendas. Again, SpotMe increases attendee engagement during event sessions with live polls and Q&A. SpotMe offers analytics features, thus making it easier to track and measure event performance.

A weakness for me was that the training was not very intuitive, as a beginner it took some time to understand how to make the most of the platform, especially when setting up images, floor plans and tailoring certain interface elements. It can feel less straightforward, but despite these minor issues the platform delivers great performance.
SpotMe depends on excellent internet connectivity to deliver virtual event sessions.
