I appreciated the autonomy to fully set up and tailor the event on my own. Second, the reliable remote support from the team when required. Third, the smooth content and update communication with participants through direct emails or posts.

We loved the activity challenge! It really got users to dig around the app and get involved. The friendly competition was a big success. I also loved the interactive agenda and the ability to house the slide decks and feature the speaker's bios. The exhibitors really liked the people tab and the ability to see who was there and the ability to connect with the physicians through the app.

We value Spot me for its ease of use, the level of interaction it enables with attendees, and the excellent support provided throughout the project.

A weakness for me was that the training was not very intuitive, as a beginner it took some time to understand how to make the most of the platform, especially when setting up images, floor plans and tailoring certain interface elements. It can feel less straightforward, but despite these minor issues the platform delivers great performance.

The process of getting the app in the 2 app stores was difficult. This is not the fault of the SpotMe team and they were very helpful in assisting. So if this was my only complaint, I won't have any complaints for next year using the app!

The pay-as-you-grow model could be improved.

I met someone who had used SpotMe before and I was referred. My project manager was fantastic! She was able to perfectly execute my ideas, the app had a cohesive look to the website I had already built and it was a huge hit!
