There's a lot that it offers, but i really like the real time polling feature. Being able to push polling questions out and see the results on the screen as they come in. Another feature i really like is that Q&A, this enables panelists to address questions in real time right on stage.

Captions could be easier to include.
Not being able to change the color of some of the theme aspects. You can only change the app theme color, but cannot change the Q&A or polling icon color. In our case the background theme color we went with was very light in some instances, and you could really read writing that were in grey. So we wanted to change the color of that one area and not the entire app, but we couldn't.
