VFairs staff were always very responsive during setup and throughout the live event. They made sure we understood how to complete each step to build out our event website and were present during the live event to help resolve any issues. They helped us think through new Zoom features, review the previous year's events for lessons learned and things to do differently and provided consistent staff each year so we feel like we already know them!

There were no real issues with the product. The only negative I can think of is that a few items we would have liked to include on our event website were not accessible. Given our target audience, that was very important, so we had to use simpler things, to ensure equal access. vFairs did a great job of explaining what would work or wouldn't, and why.
There were connection issues during the show and a slow registration process as well as the field agent not being professional when frustrated.
