Sprout At Work

Physical well-being is often overlooked but is important for mental and physical health. This program allows the organization to strongly encourage employees to have friendly competition and bond together in the pursuit of health. It was especially nice to integrate various different devices and system to better track fitness.

Sprout at work is a great, friendly environment, has collabrotive teams, and they provide many opportunities for growth!

We love the real time risk assessment feature. It really serves to monitor the employees' health and risk factors in real time and measures their lifestyle to give real time data and results. The gamification feature is also great. It creates a fun learning environment as well as some friendly, competitive and rewarding activities. It increases engagement and the content library helps to accentuate the fun learning. Activity tracking is seamless and easy to integrate as the Sprout tools easily work with most personal tracking devices and apps.

While the initial usage is simple enough, more advanced features are harder to understand and are often overlooked by users. Sometimes apps can be glitchy. I think the platform could do a better job of incentivizing users to utilize the system as widespread adoption can be tricky. Only the already physically active or competitive employees tend to jump on board quickly.

Some challenges may be just balancing work/life environments that are sometimes fast paced, managment issues, and they have a high turnover rate.

The coaching feature could be a bit more effective and accessible and pricing was a bit confusing at first.
