The biggest benefit is how structured the submission process is. When teams or employees want to participate in volunteering initiatives, everything goes through a single form and workflow instead of multiple email threads. The review and approval workflow is also very helpful. Different stakeholders can review applications, leave comments, and approve initiatives without things getting lost. Another feature I like is the centralized tracking of programs and participation. When working on internal communications or reporting on impact, it's easier to pull participation numbers and see which initiatives had the most engagement.
