1. Sumsub can be integrated quickly and easily. The platform has SDKs that allow you to customise the look and feel so it looks to be a part of your existing platform. 2. Onboarding was quick with our customer service and compliance teams due to the intuitive back office interface. 3. Platform provides a complete solution for our KYC, POA, PEP, AML and adverse media needs. Enabling new services is easy and foes not require any additional integrations or changes.

For our organisation it would be great if we could get the credit / affordability checks also within the customer profile. Other competitors provide this and I feel this is the only component that would improve the product for our particular company.

No connections to data sources, the interface is confusing.

1. When we integrated, some services didn't work as described in the documentation, so we adjusted to a 'working' solution. Afterwards, these seemed to have been fixed and our workaround wasn't effective anymore. Shortly - seems like there are some bugs that are not addressed on timely manner (in my opinion) 2. There are some hidden costs that were not clarified (ex. Known face search, as an obligatory service part of Liveness check, but charged separately) 3. I cannot duplicate settings from one key to another easily...need to create a full setting manually each time we onboard a new brand.
