When having to reinstall the product, the owner had stated it was straight forward, yet when it was installed it had overwritten the data on the drives and caused data loss. The owner essentially then stated system admins would "know what they're doing", yet the product didn't give me the option to select a different data store during install or skip the data store portion to boot into the OS

It's easy to manage with a simple UI, jargon is kept to a minimum, and the support is top-tier.

- The lack of logging when it comes to hardware issues - Lack of SNMP trap notifications for RMM or other systems to manage - The requirement for a raspberry pi or other hardware to run as a quorum, and not a virtual machine

To get the most out of the software you need to have very good connectivity, there is also a need to have appropriate storage across sites, and finally the best implementation requires to have the appropriate infrastructure. I do not see any of these a direct issue with StorMagic themselves.
