Syncari Academy and Learning Materials - There is a broad library of documentation and support materials that allow for self service of learning and onboarding with the platform. Limitless use cases - Syncari is not a platform that has a strict scope of where it can be used. Due to it's versatility, there are a countless number of problems that can be addressed with Syncari. UI Interface and Low Code/No Code - Due to Syncari not requiring any prerequisite SQL or RegEx skills, a lot of my colleagues who are not technical were able to get onboarded and understand the product.
Syncari is easy to use and does not require deep technical knowledge. The implementation services were tailored to fit our data set and specified use case. Syncari is making constant improvements to the UI.

Steep learning curve - Initial learning curve is steep, as functionality and some relevant terminology are unique to Syncari's workings. No user logs - Due to multiple users using Syncari, there is user tracking for a lot of actions made. As such, it's difficult to troubleshoot which individual may have created an issue. Lack of European support - Support staff are primarily situated in the US, which means there can be delays if there are immediate issues and often responses can be received outside of UK working hours.
Unfortunately there are some data sets that sync more slowly than others (through no fault of Syncari), but there is no way to clearly identify how long a sync might take, making it difficult to time the rollout of various projects associated with the data.
