Regarding our favorite features, we love that we are able to have all of our product information in one centralized place which helps us to quickly locate imagery and product information. Secondly, we are very pleased with the multichannel syndication capabilities which help to quickly disburse information to multiple retailers at once.
UI Design is great
I most like Syndigo's platform capabilities.
Our main piece of constructive feedback would be that their is a bit of a learning curve with understanding the platform. As someone who works in the platform daily, it becomes easier over time but I still experience aspects that are a bit overcomplicated.
Many features that did work upon implementation no longer work and no resolution communicated, going on two years. Support's response is often we are working on it, but seldom are issues resolved.
I most dislike the verification process for variable weight items, image capture, and cleanup capabilities.

My experience with Syndigo MDM has been goo. Syndigo MDM provides a user-friendly interface to data stewards and users to view, review and edit data and for golden record review. Support services from Syndigo are very good and we usually get a fast response and resolution from them. There are some improvements that are required though like more options for data validation and data enrichment and data orchestration/workflow integration with other systems.
