Easier connections to different databases and its interface i like most.
The product seems to be able to handle nearly any MDM scenario we can throw at it.
The product was super easy to setup, implement, and use. We had our own special on-boarding engineer assist us during our POC and even stayed on while we were doing the deployment and the start of our migration in order to make sure it went just right. We had an absolute white glove treatment and I could not have been more pleased with them, customer satisfaction is by far #1 on their list.
Error handling is not that much good.It consumes more memory makes system slow as it uses too many resources.
Finding out how to implement functionality or best practices for implementations of certain functions is difficult at best.
The UI was not the most impressive item. It got the job done efficiently and cleanly, however, it lacked the wow factor or eye candy. Some can say this isn't necessary but, working in it 8 hours a day multiple days a week it can be tiresome and boring.

We were using Informatica as our primary ETL tool, we decided to move some of the jpbs to Talend and see how it works and it worked well. Talend comes to you as an open source , economical option which is also easy for you to get your team trained on.
