1. Mobile First Platform Design: This has been the most helpful of all the features. The card-based structure of the lessons makes the training short, quick, efficient, easy to understand and minimal friction in adoption. This means that you don't have to be tech savvy to understand how to use it. The mobile-friendly UI enables quick access so everyone can train during their breaks or on the move. Our team benefited heavily from the short informative learning bursts. 2. Leaderboards & Point System: The gamification of the learning process helped our team engage with each other even more, creating a healthy competition during the initial launch. 3. Card-Based Learning: The flash card method of learning is one of the quickest ways to digest information. My team found the decks to be very informative and efficient. Moreover, creating your own flash cards was a very sought after feature as it helps retain the knowledge gained. 4. Support Staff & Response Team: From start to finish, TalentCards support team has been extremely helpful. When requesting customizations or tweaks, their team was always open to discussions and very accommodating.
Mobile microlearning that the frontline staff actually use. 3 to 5 minutes sessions feel natural on phones Engagement mechanics such as points, badges etc that boost completion rates Offline access so teams can train in low connectivity sites without interruptions
The best part of the product is its simplicity and micro learning. It made our training more accessible and engaging.
1. Limited Flexibility: The product is currently focused on small question types such as multiple choice and short quizzes. Extensive open-ended responses are still very limited. This means that deep training is not entirely possible yet. 2. Detailed Reporting: The standard reporting of completions and user engagement is amazing, but customizable dashboard reporting would be appreciated. This would give us more visibility on what is working. 3. Offline Draft editing: Sometimes, on the fly editing is required for custom cards. Having the ability to save offline drafts and publish them when online is a good feature to have for on the go tweaks which is currently absent.
