Automated workflows have freed up our HR team from tedious tasks, making sure every new hire gets the right information and support We've been able to customize the experience to reflect our company's brand and values, creating a personalized welcome for every new employee. Its user-interface is friendly. Talmundo is a breeze for users, even for our technology challenged colleagues
It helped us integrate Talent Acquisition and Onboarding in one powerful Recruitment System to create a consistent end-to-end new hire journey and at the same strengthening our EVPs (Employer Value Propositions) We were able to upgrade our recruitment processes by unifying our Hiring Teams that are spread across the length and breadth of the Globe and were able to engage with candidates with greater efficiency and more precision.It helped us optimize the Recruitment processes, improvising candidate experience and provide a great fillip and boost to attract Talent. It also helps you leverage referrals for high quality candidates. We regularly participate in external Certifications- such as Great Place to Work and Top Employer and our scores in the Attract category have improved significantly post the launch of the software.
Easy to implement, simple and straight forward process and focus on onboarding. Programming the onboarding process helps to focus on the roles and objective of the new joinee. Talmundo has a great customer service and help desk which constantly strive the product quality by implementing new features in the product The sense of familiarity to the new comers helps them not only have a good experience but also improves their effectiveness Very user friendly and customer friendly service The major part of the application is built according to the best practice modules, with existing content and you can add your own content, the intuitive learning pages are the most interesting pages from a new joiners point of view.
While Talmundo is a powerful tool, it could be even better. We need more flexibility in customization to fully tailor it to our unique needs. Integration without existing systems was not as seamless as we had wished. It required a lot of extra support which was a cost. More detailed documentation is absolutely needed for navigating the complex features. These improvements would make Talmundo an exceptional platform or tool
As a Technology Company ourself, it is not very flexible when it comes to optimization. Also, we wanted to recruit freshers from Tier-2 and Tier-3 colleges as a part of our outreach Program wherein we want to be inclusive and provide equal opportunities to students even from lesser known Institutions - the experience wasn't as promising as it should have been. We also received several Technical Glitches when we wanted to conduct a hackathon as a part of Campus Recruitment .
A bit of downside on the development service, I had some troubles with selecting the color and design. Also had issues with exporting the forms initially, but the customer support team was helpful and prompt to resolve these issues

We are pretty overwhelmed with onboarding new hires - it felt like a huge administrative burden. then we discovered Talmundo, and it was like a breath of fresh air. The software is very user-friendly, even our team who aren't tech-savvy caught on quickly We love the automation features. It's fantastic how it handles all the paperwork and reminders. The customizable templates are a real lifesaver - we can tailor them to perfectly fit out the company's unique needs. It's made a huge difference in our efficiency, and freed up our HR team to focus on more important tasks. There are a few areas where we would like to see more flexibility. We had to get a little creative to make a couple of features work exactly how we wanted them. There were a few small glitches during the integration process that required a quick call from their support team. But honestly, these were minor hiccups compared to the massive benefits we've seen with Talmundo. Speaking of support, their team is absolutely fantastic. They're always responsive and super helpful.
