Straightforward and user-friendly.
It's very easy to use, organize, data is always available and reliable.
What I like most about TargetRecruit is it's simplicity and the customizable feauture. This is very important to me as this affects my productivity. I like seeing the things that I need to do in the homepage and does not need to click on other things to find my priority list.
When I opt to put a report on my dashboard and choose for it to populate a number instead of showing the actual report, it will populate as a red 0 even when I open up the actual report and there are items in the report. I think this can be made to be more accurate as I often do a quick glance over my dashboard to audit. At times, when I mass edit reports, the system will not save my changes and populate an error but once I refresh and do 5 at a time it will save. This wastes a lot of time on my end. We have some of our credentials connect to ProProfs for quizzes and it does not update when quizzes are completed, I am not sure if this is a TR issues or a ProProfs issue but wanted to mention that as well.
The lightning version is somehow confusing.
I have nothing to dislike about this product. Time is the most important element for me and I get to save a lot of time while using this software as it reduces the time consumed on checking the applicants that applied in all the requisition I am working on, interview scheduling and placement made.

The best candidate management tool
This is by far the candidate management tool. My productivity and efficiency increased to 50% because of this tool. It allowed me to manage my data easier with the help of reports and dashboards. TargetRecruit is a great ATS!
We are having a problem before with the use of Excel as our primary candidate and client database. We had a problem where we are getting a lot of do not contact requests both for the client and candidate side because we were reaching to clients for roles and we are reaching out to non-hiring decision maker candidates for our BD efforts. TargetRecruit is a great candidate and client database for any company
We didn't have a good client and candidate database before. What we are using is just pure excel, and it is really hard to track each candidate stage, and know what will be the next steps to each candidate especially if you are working with a lot of team members for that single search because sometimes and it can't be avoided that the team members will forget to update the candidate or client stage or any information concerning his application as a candidate or client in the excel. Good thing we found, TargetRecruit. TargetRecruit made it easy for us to customize our client and candidate database that we can easily edit the job stage, add notes, upload resumes, and enable their "do not contact" if need be - especially when the client or candidate requested for it or they are currently being interviewed for a role or has already been in talks with our of our business development folks so they can be client.
