TaskUs has been able to provide further insights into what we do and allowed us to change processes to improve overall customer service. As a partner they are extremely easy to work with.

- Sometimes we don't move as fast as I'd like us to do. However, this is understandable given the scale of operation and lead time needed to be given by agents
Not always clear when the TaskUs teams need support; supervisor/team lead job description not super clear; lacking proactive initiative with regard to certain workflows
I understand its the nature of the business, but I could do without the pitching of additional services. If relevant to our business, great- we can at least hear the pitch out. But their could be better editing or discernment on what products to pitch clients given their unique qualities etc.
