By offering access to accurate, real-time data, Teamcenter enables informed decision making that can help reduce overall life cycle costs, such as optimizing designs and manufacturing processes.
TEM was taken out and Deployment Center was introduced. However Deployment Center has taken years, and still needs improvement. Same goes with OTW installer for 4t Clients, which was removed without any alternate option for distributing easily. We have to develop/invent our own ideas. CAD Integrations for NX has been splendid, however I can't say the same for TCAI or IPEM. We recently integrated TCAA, which seems to be good.
Complex implementation, training is required and expensive upfront
Team centre is a complex system with a steep learning curve.
