Able to document audit engagements well including the risks and controls
Ongoing improvement Good community Easy to use
Overall the user experience is good when it comes to UI. The logic of related objects is pretty good - in terms of linking of risks to controls to procedures etc. The finding tracking area is promising - definitely has potential for enhancement but there are also commendable components to this (issue tracking).
One main issue is not being able to upload greater than 100MB file. Other drawbacks are: when internet is unstable, changes made to documents are not reflected when edited within TeamMate, hence its unreliable doing changes within the platform. Lastly, sometimes TeamMate refreshes and the actions in the last minute is reversed which cancels sign-offs you may have done.
Only single tenant / not multi-client capable New design is not consistent throughout the software Sometimes functions are not available anymore (e.g. batch sign-off) A copied link cannot be pasted multiple times
Some critical and logical areas expected to allow for required configuration do not have that. I.e. the Profile area (which is where the key audit info is captured) cannot be made required or mandatory from a field point of view. This is a critical failure. Secondly, some of the administrative tasks once initially actioned can only be updated manually. Extremely time consuming and makes no sense. Columns in tables cannot be dropped and replaced and this would have been great to use with import templates so that big data sets can be changed by means of data set imports and not manually. Another pain point is that development initiatives do not always align to what users want. Disconnected from the most critical enhancement and often feels that initiatives are undertaken aligned to what could make money and not what could make the experience better. Lastly, there are also some bugs when it comes to customised user roles which is a nightmare.
