Great service, as long as you can help yourself.
The service itself is great - the integration is easy, the stability is top notch, and the ease of use for end-users is exactly what I would hope for. The support, on the other hand, is significantly lacking - I've needed to reach out to chat support for some things and the level of experience on the other end ranges from fine to "what's Teem?" Full featured and easy setup, with very few issues
We use Teem to provide visibility and information about our conference rooms. Keep information and availability handy and available near the conference rooms has helped us use our space more effectively. Teem runs on all readily available off the shelf tablet devices so we were able to be economical and use refurbished hardware mounted to the wall.
